Jeff Cavins

Jeff Cavins is the director of the Archbishop Harry J. Flynn Catechetical Institute based in St. Paul, Minnesota. As the founding host of EWTN’s Life on the Rock, he has been recognized both nationally and internationally as an exciting public speaker who has a deep love for Jesus Christ and who communicates his zeal with clarity and enthusiasm. Over the past several years, Jeff has dedicated his life to developing The Great Adventure, the extremely useful and practical interactive Bible study system that enables students to understand the chronological flow of Scripture.  Jeff, his wife Emily, and their three daughters live in Minnesota.

Dr. Tim Gray

Dr. Tim Gray is the president of the Augustine Institute, professor of Sacred Scripture at the St. John Vianney Theological Seminary, and the executive director of the Denver Catholic Biblical and Catechetical Schools. He holds a PhD in biblical studies from Catholic University of America.

Dr. Gray is the author of several books, and has teamed up with Jeff Cavins in the development of The Great Adventure Bible Study Series. A nationally known speaker, Dr. Gray has filmed numerous series for EWTN. He resides in Denver with his wife, Kris, and their son Joseph.

Sarah Christmyer

Sarah Christmyer has dedicated her life to sharing with other Catholics the riches of Sacred Scripture as seen through the eyes of the Church. Sarah is editor of The Great Adventure Bible Study series and co-author of three Great Adventure studies: The Bible Timeline, Matthew, and Acts. Sarah has been a Bible study teacher since 1999. She helped launch Catholic Scripture Study (CSS) for Catholic Exchange and is co-author of two Bible studies on Genesis, published by Emmaus Road. She has a BA in English literature from Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts. Sarah lives near Philadelphia with her husband, Mark, and their four children.

Dr. Edward Sri

Dr. Edward Sri is professor of theology and Scripture at the Augustine Institute’s masters program in catechetics and evangelization in Denver. He is the author of several Catholic books, including The Da Vinci Deception: 100 Questions About the Facts and Fiction of The Da Vinci Code. Dr. Sri is a founding leader with Curtis Martin of FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students) and continues to serve on the FOCUS executive staff. He appears on EWTN and regularly writes and speaks on Scripture, apologetics and the Catholic faith. Dr. Sri holds a doctorate from the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome and continues to serve as a visiting adjunct professor at Benedictine College where he taught full-time for nine years. He resides with his wife, Elizabeth, and their four children in Littleton, Colorado.

Thomas Smith

Bringing a wealth of experience and insight on the Word of God to audiences across the U.S., Thomas is a repeat guest on EWTN and Catholic radio as well as a sought after parish mission and conference speaker. He is the co-author of Revelation: The Kingdom Yet to Come and an international presenter for The Great Adventure Bible Timeline. He has taught as an adjunct professor at the St. Francis School of Theology in Denver, and is the former Director of the Denver Catholic Biblical School and the Denver Catechetical School. Thomas lives on his family ranch in southeastern Idaho and writes for his website www.gen215.org.

Mark Hart of the Great Adventure Catholic Bible Study series for Teens

Mark Hart

Affectionately known as the “Bible Geek®,” Mark passionately echoes the Gospel to all whom he meets. Mark is the author and presenter for the The Teen Timeline or T3. His fun-loving and comedic personality help him open teens up to scripture in a unique way, while bringing to light the depth of what it means to be a Catholic Christian. Mark is a youth minister, and now proudly serves as vice president of LIFE TEEN, overseeing evangelization & media. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and an author of three books, Mark’s creative work on videos and written resources are known internationally. Mark currently lives in Phoenix with his wife and three daughters.
